Signal Bot Dashboard Guide

Comprehensive guide to understanding and using all Signal Bot dashboard sections including performance metrics, charts, filters, and quick actions.

1. Dashboard Overview

The Signal Bot dashboard is your main control center that displays an overview of your signal bot's performance. On this page, you can access all important information.

  • Key Metrics: Channel count, trades count, and total profit/loss
  • Performance Charts: Winrate trends and PnL across different time periods
  • Quick Actions: Start, pause, sync, and test alert functionality
  • Recent Trades: List of your latest trades with full details

2. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

At the top of the dashboard, three main metrics are displayed:

Channels Count

Total number of Telegram channels connected to Signal Bot. This includes all active and inactive channels.

Trades Count

Total number of trades opened by Signal Bot. This includes all open and closed trades.

Total PnL

Total profit or loss from all trades. This value can be positive (profit) or negative (loss) and is displayed in USD.

Tip
All these metrics can be filtered by channel. By selecting a specific channel from the dropdown, only information related to that channel will be displayed.

3. Latency Metrics

Latency metrics show how quickly the system reacts to signals. These metrics are crucial for performance optimization.

Open MS (Time to Open Trade)

Time taken from receiving a signal to placing an order on the exchange. This time should be as low as possible.

E2E MS (End-to-End)

Total time from receiving a signal to completing all initial operations (opening trade, setting SL/TP). This is the primary metric for performance evaluation.

Fill MS (Order Execution Time)

Time required by the exchange to fully execute the order. This depends on market liquidity and order type.

TP/SL MS (TP/SL Setup Time)

Time required to set Take Profit and Stop Loss after the trade is opened.

Latency metrics are calculated as averages. If you notice unusual delays, you may need to check your internet connection or exchange settings.

4. Filter by Channel

At the top of the dashboard, you can filter all information by a specific channel. This feature helps you review each channel's performance separately.

  1. Select the desired channel from the "Filter by Channel" dropdown
  2. All metrics, charts, and trades will only display for the selected channel
  3. Select "All Channels" to display all channels
  4. Click the × button on the filter badge to remove the filter

Channel filter applies to all dashboard sections, including charts, performance metrics, and recent trades list.

5. Performance Charts

The dashboard includes two main charts for performance visualization:

Winrate Trend Chart

This chart displays changes in your winrate over the selected time period (daily, weekly, monthly). Winrate refers to the percentage of profitable trades relative to total trades.

  • High winrate (above 50%) indicates a successful strategy
  • Upward trend indicates improving performance
  • You can change the chart's time period

PnL & Equity Chart

This chart displays changes in profit/loss and equity over time. It helps you visualize your overall financial performance trend.

  • Green line indicates profit
  • Red line indicates loss
  • Upward trend indicates capital growth

6. Quick Actions

The quick actions section at the top of the dashboard provides fast control over Signal Bot:

Start

Activates Signal Bot to start receiving and processing signals from connected channels.

Pause

Temporarily stops Signal Bot. In this state, open trades won't close but new signals won't be processed.

Sync

Re-synchronizes Telegram channels to ensure all signals are received.

Alert Test

Tests the connection and functionality of the signal receiving system. This feature is used to verify settings.

Note
Before using Signal Bot on a live account, always use a demo account and perform an alert test.

7. Performance Summary

The performance summary section displays a summary of your performance across different time periods:

Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Profit

Displays your profit or loss in the past 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days. These numbers help you understand performance trends.

Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Winrate

Percentage of profitable trades in each time period. Higher winrate usually indicates a better strategy.

Average Profit %

Average profit percentage in profitable trades. This metric helps you understand the average profit size in successful trades.

8. Best Practices

  • Regular Monitoring: Review the dashboard daily to stay informed about Signal Bot's performance
  • Channel Filter: For better analysis, review each channel's performance separately
  • Charts: Use charts to identify performance patterns and improve your strategy
  • Latency: If you notice unusual delays, check your internet connection and exchange settings
  • Review Trades: Use the "Recent Trades" section to view details of your latest trades
