Comprehensive guide for managing account security, identity verification (KYC), password, and two-factor authentication.

1. Overview

The Profile & Security page is your account security management center. On this page, you can:

  • Complete identity verification (KYC)
  • Verify your email and phone
  • Create or change your password
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
  • Review account activities

2. Identity Verification (KYC)

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a process to verify your identity and increase account security.

Accepted Document Types

  • National ID: Front and back photos of national ID
  • Passport: Main passport page

Submission Steps

  1. Select document type
  2. Upload required photos
  3. Submit a Selfie (photo with document)
  4. Enter additional information
  5. Submit the request and wait for approval
Note
The review process typically takes 1 to 3 business days. After approval, the status shows "Approved".

3. Email and Phone Verification

Email Verification

To verify your email:

  1. Click the "Verify Email" button
  2. An email with a verification code will be sent to you
  3. Enter the code or click the link in the email

Phone Verification

To verify your phone number:

  1. Enter your phone number
  2. You'll receive an SMS verification code
  3. Enter the code
Tip
Email and phone verification are essential for increased security and receiving notifications.

4. Password Management

Creating a Password

If your account was created via OAuth or OTP, you can create a password:

  1. Enter a new password
  2. Repeat the password
  3. Click "Create Password"

Changing Password

To change an existing password:

  1. Enter your current password
  2. Enter a new password
  3. Repeat the new password
  4. Click "Change Password"
Important
Password must be at least 8 characters and include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.

5. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

2FA is an additional security layer to protect your account.

Email 2FA

When Email 2FA is enabled, a verification code is sent to your email every time you log in.

SMS 2FA

When SMS 2FA is enabled, a verification code is sent to your phone number every time you log in.

How to Enable

  1. Click the switch for Email 2FA or SMS 2FA
  2. Enter the verification code sent
  3. 2FA is activated
Security Tip
It's recommended to enable 2FA to increase your account security.

6. Account Activities

The Activity Log section displays all activities performed on your account:

  • Account Login: Time, IP, device, and geographic location
  • Security Changes: Password changes, 2FA activation
  • Account Changes: Profile updates
Note
If you notice suspicious activity, immediately change your password and contact support.

7. Last Login Information

In the Last Login section, you can view information about your last login:

  • Login Time: Date and time of last login
  • Device: Device type (PC, Mobile)
  • Location: Country, city
  • IP Address: IP address

8. Security Tips

  • Strong Password: Use a complex and unique password
  • Enable 2FA: Always enable 2FA
  • Review Activities: Regularly review Activity Log
  • No Sharing: Never share your password or 2FA code with others
  • Secure Logout: Always log out after using public devices
Important Note
If you lose access to your account, you can recover it through your verified email or phone.
